- Why should I be concerned about Oxygen?

- What is 90% enriched oxygen?
- Under normal atmospheric conditions, ambient air contains 21% oxygen. O+ products are enriched with a much higher concentration - 90% oxygen - more than four times the normal air we breathe.

- How much oxygen is in the O+Stick™?
- The O+Stick is a hand-held aluminum canister that dispenses up to 50 or more breaths of 90% pure oxygen. Its ingenious design allows for easy one-handed use.
- How does it work?
- To release oxygen, simply push the flow control button wit your thumb. Simply inhale 3-5 breaths per use. When finished, simply let up on the control button and it will close securely to prevent inadvertent leakage.
- How often can I use the O+Stick?
- O+ can be used every day. However, it is recommended that no more than 10 O+Sticks should be consumed in a 24-hour period.
- What are the benefits of using supplemental oxygen?

- Can O+ help me in higher altitudes such as mountain elevations?
- Although the concentration of oxygen in the atmosphere is uniform at all elevations, lower barometric pressures at higher altitudes allow oxygen molecules to expand so each breath contains fewer oxygen molecules. The larger molecule problem can be counteracted by increasing the oxygen concentration of the air you breathe or by acclimatizing to the higher elevation over a period of weeks. Not being acclimatized can result in shortness of breath during exertion, hyperventilation, and more. During use, O+ can help alleviate these symptoms.
- How long does it last?
- The benefits of supplemental oxygen have varying durations, depending on the individual and the benefit. The feeling of alertness and mental clarity has been shown to last several minutes.
- How do I know it's working?

- Is it FDA approved?
- O+ is a recreational product intended solely for intermittent use. Since O+ is not a medical product or intended for medical use, it is neither regulated nor approved by the FDA. The aromas in O+ products are food-grade fragrances produced in accordance with FDA regulations for human inhalation.
- Can I take my O+Stick on an airplane?
- No. Current regulations prohibit passengers from carrying onboard or stowing in checked luggage any compressed gas cylinders.
- Could I use O+ products in an emergency situation such as a fire?
- Not advised. Although oxygen gas is non-flammable, it accelerates fire and flames. In case you're wondering, the cylinders worn by firefighters contain normal air.
- Are Oxygen Plus products recyclable?
- The O+Stick and other O+ products are made of recyclable aluminum. The plastic O+Stick shell is reusable and the aluminum canister can be removed and recycled. Prior to recycling the canister, leave it in the O+Stick shell and press the actuator until the oxygen flow stops. Then remove and recycle the canister.
